Concept Glass recently replaced all the windows in our home. They were great to work with. Installation was completed by the estimated date they gave us. Great worksmanship. Crew was professional, neat and courteous while in our home. Frita (in the office) was patient with our many questions and got back to us quickly with the answers. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering window replacements. And we love our new windows!
Everyone at Concept did a wonderful job start to finish with our glass shower door. Great customer service, on-time, quality product, reasonable pricing. The door had to be adjusted a couple of times as we used it and it was just slightly too snug a fit at the base when closing the door. Upon calling, the first time they came the very next day, and second time they came within hours. You can’t find that type of customer service anywhere, especially these days. Thank you Concept, we love our new beautiful shower door, it feels like spa!
