Crew was professional, neat and courteous while in our home. Frita (in the office) was patient with our many questions and got back to us quickly with the answers. The door had to be adjusted a couple of times as we used it and it was just slightly too snug a fit at the base when closing the door. Upon calling, the first time they came the very next day, and second time they came within hours. You can’t find that type of customer service anywhere, especially these days.
