Everyone at Concept did a wonderful job start to finish with our glass shower door. Great customer service, on-time, quality product, reasonable pricing. The door had to be adjusted a couple of times as we used it and it was just slightly too snug a fit at the base when closing the door. Upon calling, the first time they came the very next day, and second time they came within hours. You can’t find that type of customer service anywhere, especially these days. Thank you Concept, we love our new beautiful shower door, it feels like spa!
